Anna awoke and lay still for a while, the warmth and comfort of her bed shielding her slightly from the headache which kept her from opening her eyes. Quiet suffused the room, pierced only by the faint sound of singing birds, which seemed to be many miles away. Finally deciding to open her eyes, Anna stared blearily up at ceiling, feeling dizzy, sick, and definitely sorry for herself. She lay for a while longer in an attempt to still her unsettled stomach. Eventually, with a great effort, Anna managed to pull herself upright where she sat on the edge of the bed staring at the floor.

TG Questionnaire - Brand New Days
It had been a very tiring day, having spent several hours in class. Even though we were nearing winter, because of our local climate we still had some very hot days. And when I say hot, I mean hot. The heat was almost unbearable, and I wanted nothing else than to relax myself a bit before working on homework.
Once I got to my room, I took a seat in front of my desk where my laptop was placed, kicked off my shoes, and started to unpack my stuff for homework later. However, as I took out some of my notebooks, a piece of paper wedged in-between them came off and fell into my desk. I curiously picked it up, and noticed it had some writing on it.
